Cheryl is a regular showbiz contributor and newspaper reviewer to BBC Radio Solent.
For the past few years, Cheryl contributes to the popular Saturday morning ‘Sasha Twinning show.’ As a newspaper reviewer and showbiz commentator, Cheryl’s strong opinions and natural radio personality makes her a hit with it’s South Coast audience and could be the reason why she continually gets invited back on the show.
Cheryl’s presented for a variety of music radio stations, including commercial stations, 107.4 The Quay FM, IOW Radio and national stations such as The Hits and Heat FM.
She was also nominated for a Radio Arqiva award for ‘Best Newcomer.’
Girls On Top
Cheryl’s first gig after she graduated from University was at the extremely popular radio station 107.4 The Quay FM.
Portsmouth Cities most popular radio station, Cheryl co-hosted a lunchtime daily chat show, called ‘Girls on Top’ which was based around the concept of ITV’S ‘Loose Women.’ Cheryl (and her co-hosts) spent every lunchtime nattering about the issues that affected the ‘every-woman.’ From news and current affairs, to fashion, health and showbiz stories, Cheryl and the team made radio history with Girls On Top.
